----------------------- CREDIT CARDS ORDERS ALLOWED ---------------------

Due to our distribution network enhancements,      we are able to process
credit cards orders:    That' s why the  CIS  SWREG  registration service 
won' t be used any more for the 'Studio' sharewares.

We accept  VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard  orders:  To order this way, fill 
the following  order form and send this one (EMail/Fax/Mail)  to us.  You
will receive the passwords, in most cases, the same day. Your credit card 
will be billed in  French Francs (1 FF = 0.19 US$ = 0.28 DM),  while your 
bank account will display the corresponding amount in your local currency

You must be the credit card holder (the same name is required).    If you 
are an European Community Company, don' t forget to specify your  EC  VAT
number (if you are not in this case, there is no additional fees!).

If you don' t own an international credit card,  you can still order thru
PsL or thanks to a US$, FRF or DEM check (have a look at the HLP documen-
tation for details).

We always send out a printed invoice via snail mail.



------------------------------- UPGRADES --------------------------------

The biggest upgrades will be the Win32 (and Win32s) versions: We plan  to 
distribute these upgrades before the Microsoft  Windows 95  availability. 
There is no additional fees for the Win32 versions: The passwords will be
the same. (This is also available for the Zip Shell).

Basically, the differences between  Win16 and  Win32 versions will be the 
set of new DLLs and new OCX controls  (for Microsoft  Visual Basic 4  and 
Visual C++ 2.1 for instance).


------------------------------- ROYALTIES? ------------------------------

All the  Studio  add-ons are  royalties-free:    You can distribute  your
applications without any additional payment.

   this 2.55 upgrade,

 - VBX Studio 1.2b (VBXSTD.ZIP from MSBASIC and WINSHARE forums),

 - String Studio 2.02 (CSTR20.ZIP from MSMFC or MSLANG forums).
